A Control Judge of the Superior Court of Justice of the CDMX released Amairany “G” or “Barbie Shezi”, alias “La Barbie de Tepito”, niece of the founding leader of the criminal group La Unión Tepito, Pancho Cayagua, because the judge determined that his capture was not legal.
The other six detained along with “The Barbie”, were also released; However, investigations continue to establish what crimes they committed, in addition to carrying a firearm, which was seized from them at the time of their arrest.
At the hearing in the North Prison, the judge described as not legal the detention of the tiktoker “Barbie Shezi” and her companions detained by the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) in a van in which They allegedly carried a firearm and a magazine with six cartridges.
The others who were released are Gerardo Jair, 27 years old, who has been admitted to the prison system three times; Dayron Jacob, 19 years old, who will be admitted to the Prison in 2023 for crimes against health and carrying a firearm; Maicol Joshua, 19 years old; Katerin Jareth, 18, and Melany Brisa, 23.
In the case file it is established that Amairany “G is the niece of the founding leader of the criminal group La Unión Tepito, Pancho Cayagua and Dayron “B”, nephew of Luis Fernando “F”, alias El Barbas de la Unión, as well as others. Five alleged members of that criminal group were detained by police from the Secretariat of Citizen Security of Mexico City after a shooting at a party at Gustavo A. Madero in which one of his friends was injured.
At the time of the arrest of La Barbie and her accomplices, they were transporting a man injured by a firearm, who was shot during the party. In addition, a firearm, a vehicle and a scooter were seized from them.
According to the first investigations by police from the security cabinet of the Mexico City government, they indicate that Amairany, alias La Barbie de Tepito, was a member of the Dolls Drinks liqueurs.
