Brugada is confident that the change of powers in CDMX will be “velvet” – El Sol de México

The incoming and outgoing governments of the Mexico City presented at the Old Town Hall to its cadres of officials who will be in charge of the transition, which will be governed by rules published today by the Official Gazette capital.
