The General Council of the National Electoral Institute (INE) approved the appointment of journalists Denise Maerker and Manuel López San Martín as moderators of the first presidential debate between Claudia Sheinbaum, Xóchitl Gálvez and Jorge Álvarez Máynez, standard bearers of the Let’s Keep Making History, Strength and Coalitions Heart for Mexico and Citizen Movement, respectively. The meeting will take place on April 7 at the Institute’s headquarters.
