This Thursday in his morning press conference the president said that with his American counterpart, Joe Bidenthere have been practically no differences so far, despite the fact that they “recklessly expressed their opinions” on Judicial Reform, and he stressed that this is a matter that only concerns Mexicans.
The Tabasco native added that, The economic and commercial relationship with that country is important“To the extent that we need each other, a break in economic and commercial relations with the United States would no longer be possible; it would be chaos for them and for us as well,” he said.
In this regard, he stated that Both Mexico and the US complement each other“We complement each other. There are many goods that they consume and that are produced in Mexico, and we also need investments from the United States and technology from the United States, and we also need, as long as food self-sufficiency is not achieved, some foods as well,” he added.
