A car exploded at a border checkpoint between the United States and Canada, an event that the FBI is already investigating, the US security agency confirmed.
The explosion occurred on the Rainbow Bridge, on the US side and which connects to Niagara Falls, leaving at least two dead, according to reports from Fox News and CNN.
Four of the 14 border crossings between both countries are closed while the cause of the incident is determined. The four checkpoints correspond to the border between the states of Ontario, Canada, and New York, USA.
