Authorities formulated the accusation of femicide against Horacio “N” and proceeded to his arrest and transfer to the Eastern Prisonwhere a control judge decided to take him to trial for the crimes of attempted femicide and equivalent domestic violence.
One of the minors rescued by the capital police was placed under the protection of the Prosecutor’s Office, while the other had to be hospitalized due to the injuries she suffered.
