Morena asks SCJN ministers to recuse themselves due to conflict of interest in PAN complaint – El Sol de México

In a press conference after the Plenary meeting of Morena, Mario Delgado pointed out that after learning that the presiding minister of the Court had processed and accepted the appeal for contradiction of thesis, which he presented Marko Cortespresident of the National Action Party, action was taken and a legal recourse was filed.
