The Chief Justice of the SCJN, Norma Pineapple Hernandezopened a consultation with his fellow ministers of the Court to determine whether the Plenary session of the High Court has the power to determine a suspension to the discussion of judicial reform in it Congress of the Union.
This, after the National Association of Circuit Judges and District Judges of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (JUFED) request the Court to bring the opinion of the reform to the Judicial Branch of the Federation (PJF)and order the suspension of the discussion and Voting on the constitutional amendment.
