According to National Independent Union of Secondary School Workers (SINTCB), the This measure responds to the lack of will of both the authorities of the Bachelors and the Secretariats of Finance and Public Credit and the Secretariat of Public Education (SHCP), to reach an agreement with the workforce on their labor demands. Furthermore, they denounce that they have been treated as “second-class workers.”
The union stated that three meetings were held before Federal Labor Court for Collective Affairs and the Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registration, where the School administrators did not propose any solution to their demands, so they decided to go on strike.
