Through a video, the singer Susana Zabaleta suspended her performance at the Palace of Music, due to the death of her father, Dr. Alfonso Zabaleta Margaín.
“I know that as an artist my duty is to be on stage, but my obligation as a daughter is to be there with my brothers and my mother,” Zabaleta said, her voice breaking.
Without giving any further explanation, the singer apologized to the audience in Mérida, Yucatán, assuring that she is going through a very difficult time “to sing with a soul in sh*t.”
