Citizen movement filed a complaint about political gender violence before him National Electoral Institute (INE) against the former president Vincent Foxafter the comments he made on social networks about Mariana Rodriguezwife Samuel Garcia.
Through social networks, Jorge Alvarez Maynezcoordinator of Samuel García’s pre-campaign for the presidency, shared the acknowledgment received by the Electoral Litigation Technical Unit of the INE.
“We are not going to allow the PRIAN to muddy this contest with baseness and liesas they have done in the past,” Álvarez Maynez wrote on his X account.
Former President Vicente Fox’s account on the same social network was deleted after the complaint was made known.

Mariana Rodriguez she responded to the former president and asked him not to refer to her that way since she was not an accessory.

The former president later stated that he was “NO MACHIN” and said that his post was becoming a gender issue when it was nothing of the sort.
