The United States ambassador, Ken Salazarassured that the relationship between Mexico and his country continues despite the pause that the president Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador decreed last week with the diplomat for his statements on the Reform of the Judiciary.
“The work between Mexico and the US continues because bilateral cooperation cannot be stopped because it is important for both peoples,” said Salazar.
The diplomat also insisted that there is no national judge in USA that has been chosen by popular vote and explained that this scheme only applies at the state level, this after AMLO’s statements during his sixth government report.
