New reports, coming from a spokesperson for the Prince Harrythey point out that the former royal member will visit New York City in the United Statesduring the UN General Assembly High-Level Week and Climate Week, which run from 23 to 27 September and 22 to 29 September respectively.
Prince Harry will travel to the city alone with the special aim of promoting various sponsorships and philanthropic initiatives he has with his wife, such as participating in engagements with African Parks, The HALO Trust, The Diana Award and Travalyst, as well as raising his voice with the work of The Archewell Foundation, the non-profit organisation he created with his wife, Meghan Markle.
The funny thing is that this event matches with one that will take place in the same city and that has to do with the Earthshot Prize, which as should be remembered, is headed by the Prince William. The Prince of Wales’ global environmental charity and Bloomberg Philanthropies are hosting the third annual Earthshot Prize Innovation Summit at the iconic Plaza Hotel on September 24, and while it’s unclear whether the Duke of Cambridge will be in attendance, it remains to be seen whether the brothers will have any kind of communication at that time, so for now we’ll just have to wait and see.
