Marvel continues to bring surprises to all fans of its comics, and this time it was the turn of the iconic character Ghost Riderwhose true origin goes beyond what we were used to seeing until now.
It has been known that Ghost Rider was nothing more than a concept that was born from the union between a human host, in this case Johnny Blazewith a powerful supernatural entity, commonly known as the ‘Spirit of Vengeance‘However, many did not know that this spectrum had its own appearance.
Now, Marvel Comics has revealed in ‘Ghost Rider: Final Vengeance #6‘, the authentic form of the Ghost Rider without his human possession; while Johnny Blaze was under the effects of a powerful spell, he was able to come face to face with Zarathos, which is what this powerful entity calls himself, seeing his original appearance when he is not linked to another being, being that of a red skeleton, wrapped in mystical blue flames.
It’s admittedly a pretty simple design, but it actually makes quite a bit of sense, as when Johnny transforms, his body is still his own, while his face would be that of Zarathos, a flaming skull, indicating that he is the one in control at the time.
