SM Entertainment announces that Taeil has been removed from NCT due to sexual crimes

A few hours ago, South Korea’s major record label, SM Entertainment, has announced that renowned idol Taeil has been removed from his group NCT due to a sexual crime which involves him, which has not been specified yet. In a post shared by the music agency on its official social media accounts, SM announced the surprising news, revealing:

Recently, we have confirmed that Taeil has been implicated in a criminal case related to sexual crimes.

When analyzing this situation, we realized that the problem was really serious, so we decided that the Idol I could no longer continue with group activitiesWe have discussed this matter with him and have decided that he should be expelled from the band.
