Although it is not 100% certain that Chris will suffer from this disorder, the test result is not encouraging at all, since he is 8 to 10 times more likely to develop the disease that his grandfather does suffer from. Since then the actor wanted to take charge of his life in a different way than he was doing, prioritizing good habits such as nutrition and physical exercise.
In addition, he also assured that taking long breaks after each movie was completely necessary to spend time with his family, and of course, to avoid over-stress and mental exhaustion produced by recording an entire production.
