The biological will cost 845 pesos and will be available in the offices of 130 stores Walmart Express and Walmart Supercenter.
According to the company, Pfizer vaccines will be administered by certified personnel in pharmacies located inside supermarkets.
“Walmart of Mexico and Central America will offer the Comirnaty vaccine in Mexico as one of the most effective tools to protect against Covid-19 and its complications, as well as expanding access to immunization throughout the country,” the company added in a statement.

In the first instance, the vaccine will be applied for people over 12 years oldIn the case of children under 11, the vaccine will be available starting Thursday, January 4.
Currently, the Pfizer vacciner is available for purchase at the following pharmacy chains in Mexico: Farmacias del Ahorro, Farmacias Benavides, Farmacias San Pablo, Farmacias Guadalajara and the Red Cross.
