They pointed out that they see it as bad practice for any search engine to enter searches within unknown contexts and that they can generate transformations in the environment.
“It can hinder local searchers in their work and alter the dynamics of the spaces of possible discovery, which is why we are careful to demand means and conditions of security in environments with a lot of social violence,” the document reads.
