Who will be Lex Luthor in Superman: Legacy?
Nicholas Hoult will be Lex Luthor in the new film Superman: Legacy, thus joining the list of actors who have played Clark Kent’s famous rival, including Gene Hackman, Kevin Spacey and Jesse Eisenberg.
Hoult is known for his role as Beast in Fox’s X-Men franchise, as well as his role as Nux in the film Mad Max: Fury Road.

In addition to Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, the cast includes David Corenswet, who will play Clark Kent, and Rachel Brosnahan, who will play Lois Lane.
The film will be directed by James Gunn, known director for having worked on the Guardians of the Galaxy and Suicide Squad sagas.

According to Warner Bros., the world premiere of Superman: Legacy is scheduled for July 11, 2025, which brings with it the beginning of a new era for one of the superheroes who has been brought to the big screen the most times.
