A taqueria exploded and left at least three people injured This Monday morning, in the vicinity of the Colony Squadron 201, within the Iztapalapa mayor’s office. The area was cordoned off and emergency services are already working at the scene.
The explosion occurred in a taqueria located in the crossing of Atanasio Saravia and Fausto Vega Santander, allegedly due to gas accumulation. The explosion also caused damage to a toy store next door.
The balance, according to the first reports, is three people with minor injuries, who were passing by on the street and at the time of the noise were affected by the sound and by some glass and pieces of concrete that burst.
