On March 26, a control judge linked “El Chori” to the process, due to his possible participation in the bribery crimes, carrying a firearm for the exclusive use of the armed forces, and crimes against healthin its form of drug trafficking, hypothesis of possession for commercial purposes.
Meanwhile, the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) has identified Getsemani “N”, as a romantic partner “El Chori”, who was also detained along with the leader of The Tepito Union.
On that same date, the woman was also linked to proceedings for her alleged responsibility in the drug dealing crimes, hypothesis of possession for commercial purposes; and for bribery.
In that continuation hearing, the judicial authority ratified the precautionary measure of preventive detention for both, after analyzing the evidence presented by the agent of the Public Ministry, assigned to the Prosecutor’s Office for Investigation of Relevant Matters, of the General Coordination of Investigation. of High Impact Crimes.
In addition, it set two months as a deadline for the closure of the complementary investigation by the drug dealing and bribery crimeswhile for the crimes of drug trafficking and carrying firearms, it gave jurisdiction to the Federal Public Ministry of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic.
Chori was detained by police from the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC), on March 19, in the Tlalpan mayor’s office, where they carried out a preventive search, after which they seized a firearm, drugs and cash.
Eduardo “N” also goes by the name Manuel “N”, and was one of the priority objectives of the security authorities of the government of Mexico City and for whom a reward of up to five million pesos was offered to find his whereabouts. .

The FGJCDMX announced that the alleged criminal was dedicated to robbery with violence, drug dealing, extortion, rent collection, among other crimes.
