Two men injured was the result of an armed attack on a taxi site located in front of a fast food restaurant in the Progreso neighborhood.
The double aggression was reported to the authorities through a call for help to 911, reporting firearm detonations to two people who were in a transport unit.
According to the first police reports, two men aboard a motorcycle repeatedly opened fire on the collective taxi that was parked at that site.
Different police forces arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area. after finding the two victims with gunshot wounds.
The two injured men were taken by their own means to a hospital for medical attention. their health status is unknown.

So far this year, at least five armed shooting attacks have been recorded in different taxi sites. located in various parts of Acapulco, where there were several injured steering wheel workers.
