Erasto Ensástiga is appointed as the new undersecretary of government of CDMX – El Sol de México

The Secretary of Government of Mexico City, Ricardo Ruiz Suárez, reported on the appointment of Erasto Ensástiga Santiago like the new undersecretary in the department.

Through his social networks, the capital official stated that this morning the head of government, Martí Batres Guadarramamade the appointment to replace Inti Muñoz.

“Erasto Ensástiga Santiago has a long history in the democratic and social movement and within the public service he has held various positions,” Ruiz Suárez mentioned in a video.

Ensástiga Santiago He served as a delegate in Iztacalco between 2006 and 2009 and, later, he was a deputy in the then Legislative Assembly of the Federal District, between 2009 and 2012.

Furthermore, in the administration of Marcelo Ebrard Casaubon in the capital he was the general director of federal social programs in the local Secretariat of Social Development.

The appointment comes after yesterday, Batres Guadarrama announced a series of changes in his cabinet.

Inti Muñoz was appointed by the capital’s president as the new head of the Secretariat of Urban Development and Housing starting February 15 after the departure of Carlos Ulloa, who was the secretary of that agency.
