The new collaboration of The blue Angels with Alejandro Fernandez is part of the album double in vinyl that musicians of Iztapalapa will premiere on April 12, he announced in an interview with The Sun of Mexico Jorge Mejía Avante.

“’La cumbia triste’ is attractive because it is performed by a singer baritone in high tone as it is Alejandro Fernandez and we are coupling it spectacularly, in the musical aspect,” mentioned the musician and composer of most of the hits of The blue Angels.
This song, however, is not his own, it was written by Leonel García and Aureo Baqueiro, regular collaborators of Alejandro Fernandez.

The blue Angels are nominated for Lo Nuestro Awards in the Perfect Mix category, for the song “El amor de mi vida”, with María Becerra; Song of the year for “Tú y tú” with Cazzu and Santa Fe Klan and Album of the year for “Cumbia del corazón”.
