More of 700 federal government workers presented a protection trial against the creation of Pension Fund for Welfare.
The amendments to the pension lawproposed by the president Andrés Manuel López Obradorwere claimed by 727 private and public sector workers before him Judicial power of the Federationreported the law firm Trusan and Roma Abogados.

According to the information, the plaintiffs include public servants from various government agencies such as Inegi, the National Banking Commission, the National Guard and the National Electoral Institute, who claim that the reform is unconstitutional and violates the principle of legal certainty.
