Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he visited Gaza this Monday and promised to “intensify” the fighting in the Palestinian territory against Hamas.
“I am returning now from Gaza. We are not going to stop, we continue fighting and we are going to intensify the fighting in the coming days. It will be a long war that is not close to ending,” Netanyahu said, according to a statement from his Likud party.
