The Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Board (JFCA) paid compensation this Friday to the workers of the Notimex Single Union, in compliance with the Agreement on the Termination of Collective Labor Relations agreed upon by the federal government and the union organization.
The payment was supervised by a notary public assigned by the JFCA, with full respect for the labor rights of SutNotimex workers, in accordance with the Federal Labor Law.
In a brief statement, the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare reports that the agreements made at the work table that took place right at the facilities of the Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Board were completed.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Secretariats of the Interior, Labor and Social Welfare, the Institute for Returning Stolen Things to the People (Indep), Notimex and the Notimex Union (SutNotimex), where the final version of the document was approved and signed. Agreement.
