Guerrero delivers the Tourist Market to Baja California – El Sol de México

The governor of Guerrero, Evelyn Salgado Pineda, handed over the leadership of the Tianguis Turístico to its counterpart from the state of Baja California, Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda, to hold the 49th edition of this event tourism promotion which will be done in 2025.

Before the Secretary of Federal Tourism, Miguel Torruco Marquésthe head of the state executive, said that the next Tourist Market It will be from April 28 to May 1.

“I have no doubt about the enormous benefits that Baja California has to offer to all tourists from Mexico and the world. I also have no doubt about the great capacity of your government to carry out a successful edition, it is the great tourist showcase of our country. They count on Guerrero, they count on all of us who are part of this great sector of the country,” he expressed.

He also pointed out that this flea market is very special, as it showed that “Acapulco is reborn with great strength and rose from the ashes, with a brighter future for all families.

He also stated that “Acapulco “is standing thanks to the support of all of society and is also ready to consolidate itself as the great destination of Mexico.”

“Acapulco is ready to receive many more editions of this Tourist Market. Remember that he was born here, this is his home, but we share it with great affection with all of you and we will always receive you as you deserve, with open arms,” ​​he added.

Evelyn Salgado thanked everyone for their work and those who did not hesitate to be part of this event, demonstrating their solidarity and support for Acapulco.

“All this allowed the materialization of this successful Tianguis, in which 43 countries participated, more than 1,300 buyers, 787 companies and more than 1,900 exhibitors from the 32 states of the Republic, who offered the wonderful tourist variety of Guerrero and the whole country,” he said.

In his participation, the Secretary of Federal Tourism congratulated and thanked the governor of Warrior for their work, because “regardless of the degree of difficulty, the stated objective was achieved. It has been shown that the people of Acapulco, its inhabitants, its private sector did not bend,” he emphasized.
