With just a press of a Help Buttonthe phone will send a signal to the Command and Control Center 2 to request help to the address registered in the CDMX App or to the nearest security post, whether police, traffic or paramedics are required.
In a press conference, the head of government Martí Batres also explained that although the 911 number will remain active, through the cell phone it is direct to the emergency module that will send the units to attend to the emergency.
